When you order an Easy Pack, you'll receive a packet with pre-affixed return shipping labels, allowing you to easily send us your items. Each pack can hold an average of 10-15 items, though large or bulky items may reduce the capacity.

The Insect Shield treatment does cause a slight shrinkage, slightly more than a first wash. Therefore, we recommend washing your items before sending them to us for treatment, especially for new garments.

Please note that Insect Shield cannot reimburse losses due to lost or delayed packages for more than $100. Additionally, the Insect Shield Your Clothes Easy Packs are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
